Shannyn Schroeder

Shannyn Schroeder is the author of The O’Leary Family series, The
O’Malley Family series, and The Doyle Family series, contemporary
romances centered around large Irish-American families in Chicago. The
Hot & Nerdy series is about nerdy college friends finding love. And her
Daring Divorcees series follows a group of middle-aged divorcees getting
back into the dating scene.

Under the pen name Sloane Steele, the Counterfeit Capers series released
in 2021. This Leverage-inspired heist romance series follows a group of
criminals who come together as a team to right some wrongs. They
accomplish this by stealing art from criminals worse than them and
replacing it with forgeries.

When this editor and former English teacher isn’t hanging her three
mostly-grown kids or drawing from her own Irish heritage for writing,
she watches a ton of TV and loves to bake cookies.

T.L. Russ

T L Russ, or Tiff to her readers, is the author of over two dozen spicy contemporary romances. Her books are filled with heart, heat and a whole lot of banter. Each story features a strong, swoon-worthy hero. Think sexy alpha men with soft cinnamon roll centers, who fall fast and hard. Her women are strong, relatable, determined, and maybe just a bit stubborn, but they each have big hearts and are the kind of girls you’d want to hang out with on a Saturday night. One of her favorite parts of crafting stories is creating towns that make you want to move right in. In essence, she writes about men she wants to date, women she wants to be friends with, and families she wants to be a part of. With a T L book you know you are getting diversity, romance, HEA, a little fun, and characters that might make you want to laugh, scream, or curse. Sometimes all at the same time.

Nicole Craig

At ten years old, Nicole Craig snuck into a secret box of her mother’s books filled with mysteries and romances. Since that day, she has a book (or five) available at all times. At the age of thirty, her husband encouraged her to try her hand at writing. It only took another twenty-five years of teaching high school and a pandemic to do it, creating the types of books she found in that magical box. Living in southeastern Wisconsin, she is a devout Milwaukee Brewers fan, mother of three furry feline children, and married to The One. After twenty-five years as a high school English teacher, she decided to retire to spin fantastic tales, travel, and live the ultimate fantasy: reading a book a day until the end of time.

Loren Sorenson

Loren Sorensen is an emerging contemporary romance baby author who hails from Austin, Texas. A consummate word nerd, Loren has always been fascinated by finding the right words and story telling. She loves cultivating sweet, swoony romance that’s grounded in the hard realities of love that have satisfying happily ever afters. Ever the persistent mood reader and writer, Loren thrives in building creativity with music.
When she’s not writing or reading, she’s hoarding a tea collection like a dragon, enjoying the small, joyful moments with her family, and baking in the kitchen (and perhaps sneaking cookie dough in the process).

Emma Alisyn

Emma is a Black/white Muslim American mom of five, ages 6-22, in her mid-forties just trying to live her best life…which usually includes coffee, wine, and an unfortunate habit of one-clicking any pretty special edition that winds up in her feed. (If you DM it, she will come.)

She likes K-pop (#army, #moa) cultivation dramas (Till the End of the Moon,) precioussss silence, and collects more makeup than she uses.

She bends knee to Michelle Sagara West, Anne Bishop, N.K. Jemisin, Grace Draven, J.D. Robb, and Nalini Singh—a nod to Sanderson, Goodkind, Eddings, McCaffrey, and McKinley.

If you are looking for romantic epic fantasy set in complex, diverse, sex positive worlds with morally gray societies, powerful anti-heroes with THAD energy, multi-racial heroines at least 35—if not 350—coming into power, and a central theme of family, both dysfunctional and supportive, then you will binge her stories.
